Despite various rally commentators referring to this craft as being 'Edwardian', and 'clinker built', Elfin has a GRP hull and a steam engine dating from circa 1980! On this occasion it's seen cruising the River Severn at Shrewsbury after spending the day at the Mid Shropshire Vintage Club's annual rally in 2003.
